Working with one of Coronis’ elite agents on the Northside of Brisbane this role will allow the successful candidate to learn from one of the best. This role will be ideal for someone who is new to the industry however it is also a great opportunity for an established real estate administrator, sales associate or an agent who is struggling to achieve their goals. The role will be varied working across all aspects of Real Estate Sales. Some of your Responsibilities will include;
- Managing and contacting Buyer Enquiry
- Interacting with clients face to face.
- Administrative duties.
Being a varied role, you will have exposure to all aspects of Real Estate sales. The role will require you to work 5 or 6 days per week including every Saturday. You will have to use initiative and must be comfortable with communicating with people both via phone and face to face. In addition to this you will also need to be able to priorities and manage administrative tasks generated from Real Estate Sales. The ideal application will have;
- A Real Estate Registration Certificate or an ability to get one at short notice
- A Background in phone sales or phone customer service with evidence of reaching targets
- An ability to communicate with people face to face.
- Great Attention to detail and an ability to Prioritise tasks
- A strong team orientated work ethic and a competitive nature.
This role will allow you to work in one of Coronis’ most successful HUB’s. You will be part of a High-Performance Culture which also has a lot of fun. As mentioned, it is an opportunity to learn Real Estate whilst being paid. In this role you will be paid a salary and paid bonus based on sale made from your prospective activities.
